The Nice Weather is holding out for Maryland and Virginia home buyers.

Filed under: Real Estate Talk — info @ 2:05 pm

It’s July the 5th and it’s raining.  That’s good news.  In some years past, we would be having very dry weather by this time.  So far, in 2007, we’ve had enough rain that garden watering is only needed for heavily planted areas and areas with heavy run-off.

Annuals and perinniels are healty and blossoms have been lush.  The wooded areas are heavily leaved out and deep green.  Temperatures have been moderate with a few days over 90 degrees but, overall, very comfortable.

Of course, July and August are around the corner.

Our agents are available 7 days a week and can scheduled tours at your convenience.  Let us know your price range and location of choice in Maryland or Northern Virginia and we’ll be ready.
