IS A HOME INSPECTION REQUIRED??
No, but the home buyers must have tested at a pre-settlement walk-through
inspection and found all systems to be in working order at the time of settlement.
The Home Warranty is not a substitute for a home inspection.
WHEN DOES THE HOME INSPECTION BEGIN??
24 Hours following receipt of the application and payment. Homefinders.com makes the application

a few days of settlement, will begin as of the date of settlement.
HOW DOES THE HOME OWNER MAKE A CLAIM FOR REPAIRS
Use the 800 on the application. Do not call any repair person. The Home Warranty company
will send vendors that are in their system of repair companies. The service technician will
collect a $100 deductible and make the repairs under the home warranty.
